CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ Service Reminders at The Lash Mafia ✨ 📅 Booking & Appointments • All appointments must be booked through TLM.GLOSSGENIUS.COM. • Please arrive on time — appointments more than 10 minutes late may be canceled or shortened, but the full service price will still apply. • Deposits are required to secure your appointment (first-time guests only). Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total. 💸 Payments & Cancellations • The remaining balance is due at the end of service. I accept: cash, credit, debit, tap-to-pay, and BNPL services. • Cancellations, reschedules, or no-call/no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 25% cancellation fee. • No-call/no-show appointments may also result in being blocked from future bookings. 📝 Policies • Children, pets, and extra guests are not allowed unless otherwise discussed. • If you are unsatisfied with your service within 3 days, please reach out — one complimentary fix, fill, or removal will be provided. • All sales are final. Once a service is complete, no refunds will be offered. • I reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive with contagious conditions (fungus, infections, etc.) or repeated policy violations. • I do accept foreign fills and removals. If a foreign fill is unworkable, a removal and new full set will be required before I can service you. • By booking with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my policies and have reviewed my booking highlights prior to scheduling.
