CANCELLATION & SERVICE POLICY At The Lash Mafia, your time and mine are equally valued. To ensure fairness, professionalism, and consistency for all clients, please review and understand the following policies before booking. ⸻ 24-Hour Notice Required Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. ⸻ Same-Day Reschedules Any reschedule made on the same day as the appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee based on the scheduled service total. This fee compensates for preparation time, materials, and the inability to refill the time slot. ⸻ Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed entirely will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service total. ⸻ Fill Eligibility Policy • Fills are accepted up to 21 days from your last appointment. • Anything past 21 days will be charged as a full set. • Fills are priced based on set type and weeks worn. ⸻ Payment Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to pay for the scheduled service in full. A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file for all clients and will only be charged in accordance with these policies. ⸻ No Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your lash set, you must contact me within 3 days of your appointment. You will be offered: • A mini fill OR • A removal Requests made after 3 days will not be honored. ⸻ Acknowledgment Emergencies do happen — please communicate as soon as possible if something unexpected arises. By booking with The Lash Mafia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above.
