To ensure fairness and a smooth experience for all clients, please review our policy below: 24-Hour Notice Required We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client. Same-Day Reschedules If you need to reschedule on the same day of your appointment, a 25% rescheduling fee of the scheduled service total will apply. This fee covers the time and materials prepared for your appointment and the missed opportunity to rebook that slot. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed entirely will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service total. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to remain on file for all paying clients. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy. We understand that emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up. By booking an appointment with The Lash Mafia, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents with a contagious disease or continuously violates any of these policies.
